Head lice, Body lice, and Pubic lice comparison
Are head lice, body lice and pubic lice the same?
The answer is no.
Although they are in the same family, they each have different appearences and different habbits. Body lice and head lice look similar while pubic lice look much different.
Unlike head lice, body lice do not live on the human host. They actually live in clothing and climb onto the body to feed. Head lice and pubic lice live on the host.
